Although I have not updated the main page of the website that indicates the number of pages, the writings on this website total almost 500 pages. For various occult and sundry reasons, the number will remain at 420. There are few profundities found on this site, and even these are shallow. Perhaps I am too critical, not of the individual works, but of the whole. Regardless, I doubt that this oeuvre can be credited to a great occultist, let alone the greatest Occultist of the Twenty First Century. We live in a cynical and unbelieving time, so I am aware that, as Fred wrote, some men are born posthumously. “Every man and woman is a star” of Crowley, theosis of Orthodoxy and the neteru of the Egyptian texts form a consistent whole that will provide fertile ground for the aspiring researcher.
We realize that in times past those exceptional individuals were recognized, generally, although not always, during their lifetimes. In our Modern Age, with its innumerable interests and specific and specialized genres, it is not unexpected that writing on various topics appeals to no one person, Rather, this site is a “hodge podge” of our interests . We've always been, if not enamored by our interests, at least enthralled by their discoveries and their possibles. - “Things between us will never change”- We patiently wait for the time when there is a consensus of like minded individuals regarding the impact and influence of our work on the twenty first century.
Fred wrote that "We love life, not because we are used to living but because we are used to loving". We understand this "loving" as the the admiration of virtues-those exceptional qualities-that we value. We are used to admiring exceptional qualities that we value. Unfortunately, the Capricorn's arid analysis of the aphorism destroys the essense of the aphorism, but I digress. If certain passage are difficult, we conclude that it is not our writing, but the Gentle Reader's understanding.
