It has been said that Stanley Kubrick was a master of the front projection effect. This observation can be verified by watching the sequences on earth in 2001: A Space Odessey”. If the average viewers does not notice any jarring images or disturbing effects, it is due to Kubrick's mastery. For comparison, “Voyage to the Center of the Earth” (1959) utilizes front projection effect for the entire background when Lindenbrook buys a newspaper near the beginning of the film. The visual impact of the scene is not bad, but it does not seem realistic either. Perhaps Kubrick's insight into using front projection effect was to never have an actor with only the projection, but to always show the sound stage in the scene. Therefore, Gentle Reader, no expertise is need to recognize front projection effect, one only needs to be observant when watching films from the 1950s and 1960s to detect usage of this technique.
One wonders if Fred's “free spirits” are unattached individuals, that is, they have never found a select group, a large group would never suffice, that they can truly call their own, although by all accounts, these free spirits are likable, just strange or odd. These unattached individuals cannot truly connect to people, locations or events and perhaps see others as characters that they cannot relate to on enough levels to create attachments, that is, people are understood as having only one dimension; they are compartmentalized, lacking the ability to describe others in a variety of facets, and accept these facets. It could be said that our free spirits live in a black and white world. This worldview speaks more of their hierarchy of values than their morals.
The Gnosticism of the Roman Church was mentioned by Apprentice Tyler some time ago. We now know that the Gnosticism of the Roman Church is implicit and subtle, not explicit and forthwith. In the tenth book of the Republic, Plato is clear about the deduced nature of the immortal soul: it is so pure that it cannot be corrupted. Rome explicitly teaches the immortal soul, but does not comment on the necessary reasoning that are deduced for the incorruptible immortal soul. Due to the nature of the incorruptible immortal soul, the vast majority of Rome's teachings are ultimately either Gnostic or unnecessary; and whatever pittance that remains is not worthy for discussion. If one agrees that Rome is Gnostic, that is, the promotion of the teachings of Simon Magus, then the protestants, who mostly accept the idea of the immortal soul, must also be Gnostic in their teachings. Getting “saved” and knowing they are “saved” are explicit statements of the Gnostics, for what is knowledge, but gnosis? Interestingly, the Orthodox Church does not dogmatically teach an immortal soul and, therefore, they cannot be Gnostic.
Unattached weary individuals. Our conjured second rate psychologist would be perplexed by these traits and would unable be offer any insights into our patient. Clearly, a “sense of belonging” is a characteristics of being human, “legal fictions” aside. We recall that those individuals who endure foster care or stranger care suffer from stress at twice the rate of war veterans. Although price and participation may vary, everyone reaches a limit, a point in time where there is no more that they can endure. That is not entirely true. They can endure more, since we know humans can endure a great deal and also, because victims of legal fictions and stranger care have endured worse, but they refuse to endure anymore, our free spirits.
Neighbors of serials killers are always surprised by the revelation of crimes. Why? Neighbors are generally unaware and competent criminals are generally cautious. Of course, not all individuals that are cautious are criminals, some are Great Occultists, and others are teachers.
Releasing almost any object results in the object falling to the ground. One exception to this observation is a helium filled balloon. We can state that these objects have a higher density that the surrounding air and fall, whereas helium is less dense than the atmosphere and the helium balloon rises. We observe that the atomic weight of carbon dioxide (44) (the tree line has a defined limit and does not extend to the peaks of the highest mountains) is heavier than 99% of the atmosphere (oxygen, 32, and nitrogen, 28). A released helium balloon to continue rising beyond the layer of nitrogen in the upper atmosphere and we reasonably expect the heavens to be filled with hydrogen.
We are told that the moon, with one sixth the gravity of earth, causes the rising of oceanic tides. Water has an atomic mass of approximately eighteen and hydrogen has an atomic mass of approximately one. Gentle Reader, we are uncertain how to reconcile that “fact” that the earth's stronger gravity cannot prevent the ocean's higher water density (18) from rising up to the moon (although the rising ocean never reaches the moon), yet the earth's greater gravity cannot prevent a lighter helium balloon (1) from rising out of our sight.
Circumference of the flat earth: 78,000 miles. Deck of Tarot cards: 78. Coincidence?
Marriage as a public statement of loyalty. The mind of a Capricorn. “A child?, Honey, I gotta go do some research, yeah, research, that's the ticket, research throughout Europe and...and... north Africa. Be back in a couple of years. Au Revoir, mon chere.” Now we know why Capricorn rules life outside the home, where outside the home is either in libraries or far away on archaeological digs.
We look forward to the DSM-6 and the inclusion of what was removed in 1974. If “hording” meets the criteria for mental illness, that is, an aberration far removed from the norm, then either homosexuality must be reintroduced into the DSM, as being far from the average, or most of the diagnosed illnesses found in the DSM need to be discarded, as the claims of psychology to scientific consistency strain the credulity of Yours Truly.
Gentle Reader, if one has read many of my works, it must be obvious that “Gentle Reader” is an ambiguous term. At times it seems that term includes all those curious literate youths and, at other times, the term seems directed at one specific individual. Ambiguous terms abound in our essays and we make no apologies for their usage: English can be an ambiguous language- many borrowed words, words with assumed meanings, and many ill defined words. Yet, for English's many short comings, we do enjoy using it, almost exclusively.
For conjugation of (most) verbs, English is so easy when compared to other European languages and we know why it is difficult for native English speakers to grasp foreign languages- our verb conjugation has been dumbed down- add an “s” if the subject is singular, drop the “s” if plural, our plurals are dumbed down- add an “s”, our adjectives have been dumbed down- no agreement in gender or number to the object- “red car”, “red cars”, genitives have been dumbed down- just add an “'s”, words are assumed to be neuter- no need to remember if house is masculine or feminine.
From this sampling, we can be fairly certain that the first speakers of English were either incapable of adhering to the rules for a previous version of English construction or ignored the rules for the English language. We presume the latter, since in the present day, we English speakers tend to ignore established linguist rules and refuse to take any satisfaction in our speaking. We must presume that English speakers have a preference for the sound “s” - as it is used for plurals, possessives, and possessive plurals. If one believes these morphological changes are consigned to the distant past, recall that the “Declaration of Independence” uses a letter that is no longer in usage [the final s- ſ ].
Expectations contra Experience. If college attendance where due entirely to the expectations of society, then we would not have understood it as a legitimate goal, that is, we would have dismissed it and would not have sought it out. How can Yours Truly be certain? Because we did not submit to any other social expectations while in high school- illegal drugs, alcohol, dating, participation in sports, or any extra curricular activities. [The image of a potential Great Occultist being so retiring, so lacking in social engagements and activities is hardly believable. Of course, we know from Astrology that Capricorns prefer small groups and they must familiarize themselves with new experiences multiple times before they are comfortable. If our second rate psychologist would suggest the Capricorns prefer to be in control, then Astrology and experience will concede the veracity of the suggestion.] Therefore, we must conclude that any desire to attend college on our part must have been wholly organic and original to ourselves. Of course, that conclusion requires an additional question – How is that conceivable that one has a calling or a longing for such an activity as research? Where would that idea spring from? Before I became a Christian, I was an American; before I became an American, I was a genius.
The image of the stereotypical Capricorn for the entertainment of the masses is such a bizarre scenario as to not be believed by anyone who claims any knowledge of Astrology. The prowess and fortitude of the reserved Sea Goat is for the adulation of a select few and the proper setting for his natural skill and temperament is neither the athletic field nor the stage.
Jean Hardouin 1646-1729
Our only literary regret is that “Hardouin Vindicated: Evidence for the Falsification of History” was so overwhelming that we could not finish editing the book. The creation of the book was easy enough: pulling appropriate essays from the website to form a logical progression. The first section quoted from his book with select commentary and the second section were edited essays creating reasonable doubt to the accepted version of history. The third section offered the clearest evidence: the atheistic writings of the alleged Church Fathers.
When the Church Fathers quote scripture, they do not quote from thousands of variants that were supposedly in existence. They quote from one source and that source for the New Testament can only be the Textus Receptus of 1516. Hardouin's statements that the forgeries took place in the 13th and 14th centuries are without merit. The writings of the Church Fathers could not have been attempted without one text in multiple copies for their commentaries. Therefore, the forgeries must date after 1516, that is, the 16th and 17th centuries. It is a regret that the editing, by myself was overwhelming. It is a regret since Champollion has overshadowed Hardouin; and it would be regrettable if Hardouin is left to languish and not be immortalized for his insights and realizations.
How did you feel, being denied these “Hungry, Hungry Hippos”?
Regret.
What else makes you feel regret?
That I did it again.
You did it again?
I flooded my school and I burned down that pervert’s house.
Did Frank tell you to do these things?
I have to obey him. He saved my life. I have to obey him or I’ll be left all alone. And then… and then I won’t be able to figure out what this is all about. I won’t be able to know his master plan.
Do you mean God’s master plan? Do you now believe in God?
As I finished the essay, I looked for Hardouin's natal chart. I did not find it, but I found the current chart.
