From the above table, the spelling of "resurrection" has been consistent since around the year 1521. The use of the letter "x" can be attributed to the Latin Creed. ["et resurrexit", Vide An Attempt To Date the Ancient Church Councils. ]
Interestingly, there is only one reference to the resurrection before the year 1350 and this single example the spelling is in the modern manner. The curious reader may want to read The Rapture of 1350 for evidence as to why the vast majority of references to the resurrection occur after 1350.
