Apprentice Tyler related how CM Punk eventually left the limelight of the WWE and returned to the wrestling in Pennsylvania. Although this is not the classical definition of "shrugging" (which is exemplified by half of Detroit not paying their water bill), as Mr. Punk continues to wrestle, he has none the less earned admiration from this commentator.
As is expected, the audience in this video clip is vocal and "fired up" when Mr. Punk initially speaks. The more Mr. Punk continues his diatribe against cigarettes, pharmaceuticals and alcohol the crowd's reaction becomes more lethargic. We must assume that the masses relent to Mr. Punk's forceful and compelling statements.
Apprentice Tyler informed me that this was not an isolated incident and Mr. Punk continued in this persona for some time.
I encourage the Gentle Reader to watch the video and reach their own conclusion regarding the veracity of Mr. Punk's monologue.
